Thrive installed Komstadt smart booths to differentiate its offering in downtown Vancouver. The booths serve as additional meeting rooms and short-term private offices.

The Tandem Group, a Canadian real estate management company, worked with BOOQED/Komstadt to create a fully automated 24/7 co-working facility with smart booths and a booking platform for tenants. The amenity created community amongst residents and offered private spaces for many WFH professionals.

Whilst undergoing major renovations, CPCE selected Komstadt smart booths to facilitate transitional workspaces for staff. The modular solution allowed maximum flexibility as renovations were completed and the smart booths can be redeployed to new locations to serve the students.
